Frequently Asked Questions
We have compiled a list of important questions, however if you have a question that is not answered by the information below please feel free to contact us.
How do I RSVP?
By scanning the QR code on your invitation, you will open this website. Then you will click the RSVP button below. You will need to register with the site, then you will be prompted to send your RSVP. Please be sure to fill out ALL requested information and include all guests in your party in the registration portion. We are asking that you RSVP by July 1st to ensure we will be able to celebrate with you
Why is there a recipe card with my invitation?
We're skipping the traditional guestbook and collecting recipes instead! We ask that you share a favorite family recipe and bring it with you to our wedding! If you can't make it, we would still love for you to share a recipe with us!
What time should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the ceremony time to ensure you're seated and ready for festivities.
What's the dress code?
Our dress code is western professional- break out your dancing boots and make sure you're comfortable! For men starched jeans and a button up shirt are a great option. Ladies, throw on your favorite dress or a nice pair of jeans with a blouse.
Are kids invited?
We love your little ones, however, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!
Can I bring a plus one?
In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only guests formally named on your invitation will be accommodated. For those who received an invitation addressed as "The [Last Name] Family", your immediate household is included.
Where do I stay if I am traveling?
There are numerous hotels within a 15-minute drive from the venue that can accommodate a variety of needs. Whether you're looking for budget-friendly options or more luxurious stays, you'll find a range of choices nearby. For more information and to explore your options, please check the link below.
Will there be an open bar?
We will be having a cash bar. Also, our bartenders don't accept IOUs or dance moves as payment- so make sure you bring some bills!
What is the weather like this time of year?
In late August the average high temperature is in the mid 80s and the low is typically in the upper 50s. As the celebration is a combination of indoor and outdoor events, we recommend dressing for warm weather.
